Let's Ring Those Bells Loud at 6pm On Christmas Eve!

2020 hasn't been the best of years has it? I think we should all try to do what we can to cheer ourselves, and the children up a bit, I seen a post going round Facebook a few weeks ago and it now has gone viral around the UK. This is taken from The Sun newspaper online;

"On Christmas Eve at 6pm we are asking everyone to come outside and ring a bell for 2 mins to spread Christmas spirit and to help Santa fly that sleigh.

After a tough year it would be an amazing memory for the kids and communities. End 2020 with a bit of Magic, hope and togetherness!"

Many of us stood outside and clapped and cheered for the nurses, this time it's a one off for Santa and his reindeer. I have been looking for bells to buy online, my 2 kids and myself are currently in isolation until the 7th of November. I really don't know how the people in the past coped without internet when there was pandemics.

I'm going to get these to decorate, they do not come with the paint but once I'm allowed back out I'll see what there is in the Poundshops, you need to use acrylic paint on them and I'm sure I've see some in the stationery section.

I'll also be using lots of glitter, pom poms and sparkly pipe cleaners, I got all of these on Amazon  as they didn't have any of the sparkly pipe cleaners in the shops. They may have them now in the Christmas section.

I can't wait for Christmas this year, everyone being outside for those few minutes ringing bells. I love this idea, I hope you are all well and keeping as safe as possible. Please, please , please 2021, be better than 2020.

I seen these cat Christmas collars, I no longer have my cat as he passed away a few years ago but would love this for him. He hated collars though and always found a way to take them off within 24 hours of having a new one on! I though this picture was hilarious, I think it's me as a cat 😂 ;

These collars are good for Christmas to have your cat with you with unknowingly taking part in the 6pm bell ringing. This is a six pack so great for anyone with more than 1 cat.
